I have to say stephen. I was very impressed with your tour of the Manalapan area. We were skeptical of course at first. Knowing us newyorkers we dont trust anyone and we dont think anyone would look out for our best interest. From spending the day with you I felt you were trust worthy asd indeed would try your best to look out for our best interests. My girlfriend being an attorney was even more skeptical than me at first. Anyway, thank you for taking time out and helping us in our search for our home. I always appreciate honesty and commitment. Of course you know that we didnt like anything we seen yesterday and I know how hard it is to find a home that me and maryann are comfortbale with. Right after I left you yesterday another realtor called us and said he wanted to show us 2 homes in the marlbor area near route 79. I have to be honest here, we liked the 2 homes alot better than the ones we seen in manalapan. One of them was the last one you sent me today listed at $509,900. It needed alot of work inside,such as painting,kitchen redone,floors,etc. It did have a beautiful backyard along with a inground pool.The owner already bought a house and is lookig nto move, in this instance teh broker actually told us she would go lower than teh asking. he told us to make an offer if we wanted to in the area of 465-470k. I am not making a bid becuase it is too much work for me. I wanted to share this with you because me and maryann wanted you to know we liked you alot better than the other agent and would like you to show us homes in the future. Have a great day!

Stephen: I have to say, you are one of the most persistant (please take that as a compliment). We spoke on the phone a while back - I was not ready to look for anything until after the holidays - my target move is (like most people with school age children) sometime this summer. I'm looking in the monmouth county area - manalapan would be great - I have a brother that lives on gettysburg drive and would like to find something close to him. I have not had my house in long island put on the market yet, and I will know my price range for NJ as soon as I speak to a realtor here regarding the market price.
